当地时间2月25日，美国总统特朗普表示，其也想购买俄罗斯土地上的矿产。“我希望达成协议，获得俄罗斯稀土资源。”
特朗普还称，将在某个时候解除对俄罗斯的制裁。
对于上述表态，俄方目前暂无回应。
